These simple looking leather boots grant the wearer the ability to dodge a single attack against them with such speed and agility that they literally appear in a different location a few feet away from where they started seemingly instantaneously. The speed in which they dodge grants them a free follow-up strike that cannot be dodged or parried. However, this strike is never lethal due to the slight feeling of disorientation the wearer feels after moving so fast as it takes a moment for the mind to catch up with the body.
These boots also grant a 10 point bonus to the running skill while being worn.
Once obtained, it cannot be given away or sold; doing so will cause it to lose all powers and abilities.
