Watering Can of Growth

An ornate golden watering can, small enough that it holds only enough water for a single plant at a time. It refills every 30 days. A plant that is watered from this can will grow twice as fast and twice as large as it normally would. The effect only happens once per plant, and nothing happens if the can is filled with normal water and then used.
