Chemar Tisserand along with her twin, Rae, is the owner/proprietor of The Dreaming Lady spa, having inherited the Wind Reach business from their parents. Chemar is bold and quite outspoken, taking the lead in most cooperative decisions made concerning her family. Her vibrant red hair is perfect match for her sisters,a mirror images that continues through to her porcelain skin. But the real distinction between the two sisters, aside from their personalities is in their eyes, while Rae's are subtle, the eyes of Chemar are s vibrant green. As though bursting into flame, there is a ring of yellowish gold around her pupils, brightening eyes that already glow with intensity.
In her job as Dreamweaver, Chemar combines her great gift of Auristics with a more stark view of the world to guide patrons through the interpretation of their induced visions. She has a special affinity for the the darker visions,taking the most intense nightmares and revealing the source of those images,comforting the bearer by offering some sense of understanding. In concert with Rae, she can offer guidance to all that seek it through their dreams.
Favored with two marks from her God, Nysel, just as her sister, Chemar made it her goal to slip in and out of the dreamstate. Making the transition as easy as walking through a door and offering up her knowledge and expertise to the fortunate souls who seek her guidance.
